| Can I order OFF-THE-RACK size clothes? | |
YES! You can order OFF-THE-RACK size clothes, just you have to mention the size in the special request (in measurement form), for example: European size 50, and skip the measurements form. |

If you are ordering from mytailorstore.com for the first time, either take your own measurements or send us your best fitting garment. You may start your first order by sending us your favorite suit; we will send it back to you with your first order with no extra charge for shipping. If you do take your own measurements, follow the measuring instructions on our web site closely. We have a better than 90% chance of fitting you on your first order. Also once we've received your order, we will validate your measurements for any obvious errors. If any of your measurement do not look right, we will e-mail you right away and request that you double check them. |

this is not so easy to trust someone so we provide only those option that u can trust and u dont have to give ur credit card details .so we can give just 2 options paypal and wiretranfer.We will give you a 3% DISCOUNT if you use this wiretranfer payment option. |

No! We have all your measurement saved in our database so when you want to reorder, you can just go to my account section and check all your measuremants.if you want to get change your measurement then you have to send a mail and we will edit/change that measurement. |

You may be subject to some custom duties and taxes on delivery of your clothes. We cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. To estimate these costs, please contact your local customs office. |

Please send us an email describing the problem with your clothes providing as much details you can. We encourage you to take advantage of our 'Satisfaction Policy' to ensure that you get the great fitting clothes. |

NO! We do not charge for Big and Tall sizes. The prices given in this site is a price for all regardless of how big or tall you are. |

You can order fabrics swatches from us, prices range from 19.90 – 29.90 dollars depending on how many kinds of fabrics you want to choose. We will then send you the swatches accordingly. |

In the U.S and Europe, Custom Tailoring clothes are very expensive, so if you can learn how to take others measurements or you can also purchase a body scanner if you have the budget, your work is done, we will send you our fabric samples from which you can let your customer choose the fabric, you measure them and send the measurements to us along with the styles your customer want, then we would send the suits back to you within 2 weeks. You would also get a discount if you are our frequent customer. If the clothes doesn't fit, you can send the clothes back to us, we would alter it and send it back to you. Every item that we sell is cut and sewn in our factory in phuket,thailand. On completion of your order, all garments are shipped by fed ex or dhl directly to you.. |

Of course! You may choose any fabric we offer. We stock well over 2000 shirting sand suitings, all of which come with high thread counts for rich texture and feel. We have put only a few samples up here on our site. |

Absolutely! A precise paper pattern is prepared based on your personal measurements and requirements. The only thing that is the same for all of our customers is our commitment to quality. We use the finest threads, and the strongest linings in the collars and cuffs. |

Yes. At no extra charge, of course. |

| 16. | Do I need to worry about shrinkage? |
Our fabrics are sanforized or pre-washed to reduce shrinkage at a minimum, but cotton fabrics may still shrink. We can adjust for shrinkage of the particular fabric you have choosen when making the shirt. This implies that the shirt will be sligthly larger before first wash and be on your measurements after the first wash. You select this option when defining your measurement profile. |

We would never skimp here. Your shirt tails will be based upon your height and weight, then designed to your complete satisfaction. |

| 18. | What's the difference between 'Non Fused' and 'Fused' ? |
Fused collars and cuffs get a heavy lining. The innerfacing and outer material are fused using a high heat and glue to make them a bit stiffer. We recommend non-fused if you send your shirts to a commercial laundry, and fused if you launder your shirts at home.. |

For our order, the status of your order is divided into five different phases, listed below: pending this means that your payment is still pending. Awaiting measurement This is the phase where we review your measurements and approve your order. If we find anything strange with your measurements or anything missing , we will contact you. In production This means that your order has been processed and is somewhere in the production line.. ready for shippment This indicates that your order is complete and will be packed and sent to you shortly.
